You claim code can differ depending on where you purchased it from:
- StoryHunt website or app: Your claim code is 6 characters long and can be found in your confirmation email. Example: XXX123
- GetYourGuide: Your claim code is your booking reference, starting with GYG followed by 8 characters. Example: GYGXXXXXXXX
- Viator: Your claim code is your booking reference, which consists of 10 digits. Example: 1234567890
- Other suppliers: The format will appear on the information from the supplier.
Once you've located the claim code, start the tour in the StoryHunt app.
